tack (n.)
1方法。 They came up with a different tack. 他們提出不同的方法。Indirect pressure is another tack to try. 間接施壓是另一個值得一試的方法。
2辦法。 The record industry has taken a similar tack, charging the purveyors of digital music with violating copy-right law. 唱片業已經採取類似的辦法,指控數位音樂提供者違反版權法。
3策略。 It’s a clever enough diplomatic tack. 這是一個夠高明的外交策略。

tack (vt)
改採。 He has tacked a far more radical course in domestic policy since the beginning of the year. 自從年初以來他在國內政策就改採更加急進的路線。

tack (vi)
1傾。 Would he tack left and scrap free-market reforms? 他會左傾放棄自由市場改革嗎?
2偏。 The government has tacked away from reform. 政府已經偏離改革路線。
