他頭腦簡單，十分弱智。He has no brains and is very dim-witted.
3.腦殘 brain dead
你怎麼了？腦殘還是怎樣？What's the matter with you? Are you brain dead or something?
4.無腦 bird-brained
聽著，你這無腦白癡，你全錯了! Look, you birdbrained idiot, you are dead wrong!
5.腦袋有洞 brainless
那傢伙腦袋有洞，我勸妳別跟他出去。That dude's brainless. I suggest you to not go out with him.
6.頭殼壞掉 have rocks in one’s head
他一定是頭殼壞掉，不然，為什麼這麼好的工作不做？He must have had rocks in his head. If not, why wouldn’t he take such a good job?
