pass the buck 作為推諉卸責、推卸責任、踢皮球解，大多數人都知道，但，在這裡，我們想問的是：它是不是也有甩鍋的意思？

所以，pass the buck 如果是give the responsibility to someone else，就不能說是「甩鍋」，而是「踢皮球」，如"When the boss was asking who had disclosed the news ,the two of them began to pass the buck to each other. "老闆問起誰洩露消息時，他們兩人開始互踢皮球。
